Mr. R.
About the Passports©
These handy 4" x 5" passports booklets were designed to help scouts keep all information, sketches, graphs and reports in one place, and to serve as a constant progress report.  Passports vary in length from 8 to 32 pages.  You'll need Adobe Acrobat© Reader (free download here) to print them.

All passports are copyrighted, but scouts and troops may use them free of charge IF they create only one per scout, never charge any money, and don't make any changes.  BSA councils may obtain permission from Mr. R. about creating large quantities for scout camps, merit badge fairs, etc.

See "How to Assemble Passports" instructions below.

How to Assemble the Passports©

Example of double page

Passports are printed two per page, one on top of the other.
1) Print the odd pages first by clicking on FILE, PRINT, and change the print selection box to ODD PAGES ONLY.  Now click on the OK box at the bottom.
2) Replace the papers back in the printer so the backs will be printed on.  Be careful that the paper is loaded so page 1 is first, page 3 is second, etc. Click on FILE, PRINT, and change the print selection box to EVEN PAGES ONLY this time.  Now click on the OK box.
3) Carefully arrange packets in proper numerical order.
4) Cut papers across the middle (see red 5-1/2" line in example) to separate into two separate passports.
5) Fold and staple twice down the middle with a wide-mouth stapler.
