DSL is comprised of two separate fees. A Line fee from Qwest, and the ISP fee from us. DSL service does not require Voice service. You get access to all the same promotions that Qwest offers as well. We also offer discounts that Qwest doesn't...for instance, when you prepay your ISP fee, the rate goes down (the Qwest fee always stays the same).
