The following access agreements and policies are for MDU's (Multi-Dwelling Units). MDU's consist of Apartment buildings, Hotels, Condos, and any other property that has a single connection split out into multiple units or tenants. The following policies outline the terms and conditions of ReliaNET services to MDU property owners and managers. Individual properties terms may vary if specifically stated, otherwise, the following terms apply:

Some properties may use additional equipment such as modems, routers, or special cabling which is the sole property of ReliaNET unless purchased by the MDU owner or tenant. Otherwise, said equipment needs to remain with the unit for the next occupant or be returned to ReliaNET.

ReliaNET reserves the right to modify and update current policies from time to time as needed.
