Boost your Internet Speed by using our Cache Server. Our Caching proxy server keeps local copies of frequently requested sites and resources directly on it's hard disks, allowing us to reduce our upstream bandwidth usage, while significantly increasing performance to our end users. Our Caching server runs 'transparently,' meaning it does not modify your requests or responses beyond what is required for proxy servers to function correctly. Or in other words, it does not filter your Internet Service at all (see our content filter page for that type of service). You may utilize both our Caching Server and our content filter if you wish, or individually.

We have found that by using the Caching Server you may save around 30% bandwidth utilization, and can sometimes double your download speeds. The more users that use the caching server, the better the results.

It's very easy to enable use of the caching server. Just open up your Browser settings and set it to "Auto Detect Settings."

-For Internet Explorer go to 'Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan Settings", and set it to "Automatically detect settings"

-For Firefox go to "Tools/Options/Advanced/Settings" and select "Auto-detect proxy settings."

That's it, you're now ready for improved performance.

Our Caching Server is only available to our customers, and it will not work through your office our outside of our network. Presently, our Proxy server is only optimized for Web browsing and does not affect email, ftp, or other services.
