Our Customer Referral Program is easy and has been successfully rewarding referral credits to our customers since 1995. There are 3 easy ways to refer a friend and earn a referral credit:

1. Tell your friend about our service and make sure to give them your username or customer number to use when they call or sign up for service.

2. Click on the Customer Referral link on the right side of this page and provide up to 5 names and email addresses of people you would like to refer and we'll send them a single, simple and brief email, about how to sign up for ReliaNET.

3. Download referral coupons by clicking on the link to the left and pass it on to your friends or neighbors.

In order to qualify for referral credits:

• You must be a current ReliaNET customer with an active account in good standing.
• When your friend signs up for service, make sure they mention or enter your ReliaNET username or customer number into the "Referred by" field.
• THAT'S IT! 30 days after your friend has paid his/her first invoice, you will be rewarded with a referral credit which will be applied to your account automatically.

Beginning January 1, 2008, after you refer 5 new customers within a 12 month time frame, we'll give you a FREE years worth of service!

So get started and refer your friends today, just tell them to include your username or customer number as the person that referred them in the "Referred by" field when they sign up for service (or help them sign up) and you'll automatically get a referral credit. It's that simple. Once you have 5 referrals, just fill out the form below and within 30 days you will receive your credit.

*The ReliaNET Refer-a-Friend offer is only valid on new account activations and cannot be combined with any other offer. Both accounts must be in good standing in order to receive referral credit. The referral credit issued is not to exceed the value of your monthly service. ReliaNET is not responsible for those new signup's that do not include any username in the "Referred by" field. The Referral credit will appear on your invoice along with the person that was referred. Referral credits are issued once a month on the 20th. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles to post. There is no limit to the number of referral credits allowed. Multiple referral credits in a single month are allowed. Your credits will accumulate and will be applied automatically (i.e. if you refer 3 friends in one month, you will receive 3 referral credits on your account which will be applied over the following 3 months). If you refer 6 customers or more within 12 consecutive months you will be awarded 12 months of credit. Referred customers must remain active for a minimum of 90 days to qualify.
