The NORTHERN CROWN (Corona Borealis)

To the left of the Herdsman's head sits a half-circle of stars known as The Northern Crown.  The brightest of these is the 2nd magnitude star, Gemma.  Simply connect the stars in a half-circle, and we have the Northern Crown.  Right in the middle sits Gemma like the central  gem of the crown.
